Wide Operating Temperature Range
Mainstream products operate in a temperature range of -40℃ to +70℃, and the high-temperature (HT)
series can withstand -40℃ to +85℃. They maintain normal operation in low-temperature environments,
making them suitable for extreme scenarios such as the Arctic, Antarctic and high-altitude areas.
Long Cycle Life
Hybrid supercapacitors (LIC/Lithium Capacitors) boast a cycle life of 250,000 times; conventional
supercapacitors can undergo more than 500,000 charge-discharge cycles. With 20 charge-discharge
cycles per day, they can be used continuously for 60 years, which is far longer than traditional batteries.
Excellent Charge-Discharge Characteristics
They support instantaneous high-current charge and discharge, featuring fast charging speed and short
charge-discharge time. They have simple requirements for charging circuits and no memory effect.
Stable Electrical Performance
Certain series (e.g., HP series) feature low internal resistance and can achieve instantaneous high-current
output; the HE series has low leakage current,suitable for long-term low-current discharge; the 3V series is
adapted for long-term stable operation underhigh-voltage conditions.
