A: Sample orders need about 7 days; mass production takes 3–5 weeks depending on order quantity and configuration.

A: Beian offers 1–5 years of warranty depending on the product and configuration. Please confirm the exact warranty term for your order with our sales team.
Q6: What can a 500W / 1004Wh unit actually run?
A: With 1004Wh of LiFePO4 energy and a 500W pure sine wave output, typical runtime is about 2 hours at full 500W load (calculated figure - actual runtime depends on load, temperature and battery condition). Typical loads: laptops, routers, cameras, lights, small fridges, power tools and medical devices. Please keep the total continuous load within 500W.
Q7: How many ways can the unit be recharged?
A: Three ways: AC mains (90–280VAC, 45–65Hz), solar panels through the built-in MPPT input (12–60VDC), and a vehicle cigar-lighter port.
Q8: Which solar panels should I use with it?
A: The MPPT input accepts 12–60VDC. The product listing states a maximum PV input of 500W, while some OEM documentation for this platform states a lower limit - please contact our engineers with your panel datasheet and we will confirm the recommended array size and the exact limit for your configuration before you order.
Q9: What is the difference between the AC+DC and the AC+AC version?
A: Both share the same 1004Wh LiFePO4 platform and 500W inverter. This eCandle Pro (AC+DC) model provides one AC outlet plus a Type-C port, two USB-A ports, wireless charging, a cigar lighter socket and a flashlight. The eCandle Pro (AC+AC) version provides two AC outlets and no DC ports. Tell us your load list and we will recommend the right configuration.
Q10: Which certificates do you have?
A: Beian operates an ISO 9001 quality system. CE / FCC / RoHS documents and UN38.3 / MSDS transport files are available on request - please tell us your destination market and we will send the applicable certificate pack.
Q11: What are your payment terms?
A: T/T is recommended; PayPal and Western Union are also acceptable. Sample orders are paid in full against the PI; mass orders are 30% deposit with the balance settled before shipment. Please contact us for a formal quotation and proforma invoice.
